I have a fault on boiler in the evening call Platinum plumbing they came out next morning, fix it explained the issue. Really great service. Would recommend and will be calling them back for my boiler service in April.

Our central heating system broke down the week before Christmas. After a couple of days we were able to get an engineer to attended our property. After 4 hours on site and fitting a new gas valve, he told us that we needed a new boiler. We were left with no hot water or central heating. We had the worst Christmas on record, having to boil kettles for hot water and having to rely on an oil filled electric heater and a gas fire that only worked intermittently. On Thursday 28th Dec, I called Platinum Plumbing & Heating (the first working day after Christmas). Scott arrived within two hours. In little more than 1 hour, he had fixed our gas fire and also "repaired" our boiler!!! The previous engineer had fitted the gas valve wrongly! Scott's charge for this work was VERY reasonable and all work was completed professionally and without any mess. I would recommend Scott to anyone requiring heating/plumbing work.

I have used Platinum Plumbing and Heating for several years. Whether it has been a big job like installation of a boiler, or smaller jobs such as replacing a shower or moving a radiator they have provided an excellent service at a very reasonable cost.
